Director of Clinical Operations
As the Director of Clinical Operations, Liz Todd oversees the planning, organization, and direction of DVACO’s clinical operations, encompassing Quality Improvement, Care Coordination, Care Continuum, and Post-Acute services. She plays a key role in developing and executing strategies aimed at improving clinical performance and patient care outcomes. Liz is directly responsible for executing DVACO’s successful post-acute strategy, ensuring seamless transitions of care and optimizing post-acute services.
She has spearheaded clinical initiatives, such as the DVACO BATT phone, which facilitates rapid communication and coordination for at-risk patients, and the Successful Aging Therapy Program, designed to support the health and well-being of adults with frailty. In her role, Liz provides critical clinical insights to DVACO’s operations, informatics, and data analytics teams, driving the success of the organization’s value-based contracts. Liz is particularly passionate about end-of-life care and the use of clinical data analytics to enhance patient care and value-based care models.
Liz joined DVACO in 2020, bringing over 13 years of healthcare experience. Throughout her career, she has led clinical quality improvement initiatives, developed clinical education programs, and managed interdisciplinary teams. Liz has worked across various settings, including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and home health. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science.
