Beth Souder, PT, MSPT
VP Clinical Operations

As the Vice President of Clinical Operations, Beth is responsible for the oversight and execution of the care coordination and care-continuum strategies in collaboration with health-system operational and clinical leaders. She provides integral clinical insight and direction to the quality improvement, practice transformation, operations, and analytics teams. Beth brings to the DVACO team extensive clinical, analytical, operational, and Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement experience.  Joining DVACO in 2017 as their inaugural director of post-acute care, Beth led the development and execution of DVACO’s nationally recognized and rewarded post-acute care strategy.  

Prior to joining DVACO she served for 17 years in progressive executive operational leadership roles at Main Line Health. She holds a BA in Cognitive Science, Artificial Intelligence, and an MS in Physical Therapy with active licensure in the State of PA. Beth is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Family Research Council at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Center for Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Beth resides in Montgomery County, PA with her husband, has 3 adult children and 1 rescue cat.  Beth transitioned to a part-time role in 2024 to be able to support the quality and dignity of life for both sets of parents through their 9th decades of life.
